My name is Georgi Venkov and I come from Sofia in Bulgaria. I have been playing tennis for ten years, and for the last eight I have been playing for Atlas Tennis Club in Sofia, Bulgaria. The regular tennis practice on the court consisted of at least two hours daily, six days a week combined with a regular routine of indoor and outdoor off-court exercises. In 2005 I was listed amongst the ten best players of my age group and I am continuing to achieve success in Bulgarian and International tournaments.

Since 2006 I have been sponsored by ³Pro-One Tennis Academy² situated on the Gold Coast of Queensland in Australia, where I am making real progress. Being 2.0m and 83kg now, I am currently playing tennis in an elite international high performance training program, which consists of three sessions per day over five hours. This includes an hour of fitness training and recovery.

While everything starts with a dream, necessity is mother of invention hence I am prepared to do anything to achieve my goals. I wrote to over 100 tennis associations to gain the training scholarship and intend to write to many more organizations in order to further my abilities and launch myself onto the professional tennis circuit.
I am confident I belong to the Talent Team because I am hardworking, have developed stamina and a go-getter instinct and above all, I know what I want and what I can achieve if guided by your experience and talent.
