a.. Are you willing to try new things?  Do you help your team mates? Do you realize you can always improve something? And that Cheerleading is made up of a lot different aspects such as: voice, motions, jumps, dance, stunts and gymnastics, that all need work.
Have you reached the point that you know you're not just a cheerleader at practice, a game or a performance?

Let's dance! Let's cheer! Let's have fun!
Cooperate with your friends and show your enargy and smile by dancing and cheering!
Learn dance techniques, cheer - leading , team - work, body balance training,  and creativities.

Some of the best cheerleaders have to work the hardest on their skills, but they have what it takes to be great on the inside. They have a cheerleading heart and attitude. A squad can only be as good as its weakest member, so it benefits everyone to raise the level of cheerleading throughout the whole team and this what being a team player is all about.

Personal massage from the Coach Makiko Nakayama
Hi everyone.
I have been a cheerleader about 15 years, and my passion for cheerleading makes me continue to  coach for future generation.
When I was an NFL Washington Redskins Cheerleader, I had cheered in front of 90000+people at every home game, and visited Kosovo, Sarajevo, Honduras, and Cuba (Guantanamo Bay) etc.. to entertain the US military.
After I came back to Japan, I have been a director of professional baseball team cheerleaders, and a professional baseball dancers, and now I operate  junior cheerleading school, "Cheering school". It has 7 branches in Tokyo area.

Be a cheerleader, you can make lots of people smile and happy!
