The JINJI TENNIS CENTER offers a wide range of programs to meet your specific needs.
Program 1 - Development class Lesson structure:
1) Basic warm-up and stretching technique with and without a racket.
Program 2 - Performance class Lesson structure:
1) Advance warm up drills.
The adult's group lessons are aimed for the social tennis players who would like to meet new people and have fun whilst playing tennis. The lesson covers more group oriented tennis drills with our aim to hit as many tennis balls as possible by using different drills to accomplish a good tennis work out. The aim of ladies day is to bring ladies together twice a month to come and play social tennis with each other. The lesson covers more group oriented drills and lots of fun doubles play. More info here
The junior group tennis lessons are aimed for children interested in taking part in tennis lessons. Jinji goal is to make tennis fun but challenging to the children whilst helping them building their own self confidence, emphasizing on: hand eye co-ordination, basic techniques, team work, motor skills, muscle flexibly & development. Below is an example of how your child will develop his tennis skill Age 6-8: Emphasis is on watching the ball , getting used to holding the racket ,making good contact with the tennis ball and basic technique of forehands, backhands, volleys, donkey drop serves. Mini-court tennis is played with low-pressure tennis ball. Age 8-9: Further development of the basic technique, more movement & placement-oriented drills, basic ball toss & serve technique, starting to use tennis terms. Mini-court and full court tennis are played with low-pressure tennis balls. Age 9-12: Further development on all strokes emphasizing is on more full courts play, working on more control, ball placement and spin the tennis drills are more oriented to keeping the ball in play and changing the depth high and power of the shots also building consistency in their play. Full court tennis with regular tennis ball. Age 12+: Further development on all strokes, more emphasizing on shot selection, angle shots winners, drop shots, over heads, serve placement, serve returned adjusting to pace and power of the shots, points play and playing smart tennis.
